  Great company I used to work there as an Automotive Technician and I know how much effort this company put into there cars to make them as new cars as possible they inspect and repair or replace every small detail that can affect the customer’s experience with a new used car put there is always a bad apple in the box that is everywhere in the world

  This place is extremely sloppy with their requests. They want to confirm every single little detail down to your funds, but then they don’t deliver as promised. Some people have to put their life on hold to fit in Carvanas schedule and what about when Carvana has a delay?? They offer 25 bucks a day! That’s ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend them at all!! Unless you have terrible credit and no drivers license.

  This was the best online car buying experience!!! I truly recommend it.My entire process took less than a week, from applying to delivery. Transparency about everything. The car was exactly as it looked and described online. It was nice to do everything from my laptop or phone. Fantastic customer service!!! I enjoyed everyone I spoke with and the young man that delivered my car was wonderful. I love my car, it is super nice, clean and great ride!!
