  A very nice local park with a playground, tennis courts, and plenty of open space. Sometimes it could use a little bit of TLC in terms of debris and garbage, but overall Carty (or the People's Park) is a nice resource.

  Shottist park ever!!!! Beer can in bag, broken glass, dirty diaper, garbage everywhere.
