  Been there twice recently. Cold shoulder and not feel welcome at all. Don’t want to come to this store anymore!

  BEWARE: very unfriendly refund policy. NO REFUNDS. You are welcome to make an exchange but no refunds. Exchanges and store credit only. Cartier is not very upfront about this policy, I’m sure if people knew there were no refunds they would certainly give the purchase a second thought and possibly not return to the store. So if you purchase a gift for someone you better make sure the recipient is going to like it because you are stuck with it, no refunds. I give Cartier one star because of this policy.

  Can’t complain. But definitely not feel very welcomed either. Your typical Cartier experience.

  My engagement set was created by Cartier bespoke service and it's lovely. I like this store, they let you walk around without bugging you, which is common in luxury goods stores. Some people leaving feedback are used to naggy sales associates and seem to prefer that, but not here. Huge fan, Cartier, keep making beautiful pieces.

  Jesus helped my wife and I select a love necklace that we were wanting. He also let us try several other options just to make sure we were happy w our choice. Jesus is a good advisor and also friendly. We recommend him. We’ll be back!
