  I’ve had some great service at this store in the past, but today had a terrible experience. Upon checking out with my return the sales associate was clearly annoyed. She even remarked to a coworker that she was tired and had had too many returns this morning. She was annoyed and put off the entire time. It was awful.

  This store suffers from the slowest customer service I have ever encountered. I visited their store today to pick up an online order and it took 15-20 minutes to pick it up! I ordered online in hopes to be in and out of the store quickly with my two small children. Next time I will visit the South Boulvevard location; they seem to be a bit more attentive to their customers.

  Great store, but the management makes me want to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the next nearest Carter's location. I've been in this store only 3 times, but every time I've shopped here the manager has been outwardly rude to her employees. She's a little less rude to her customers, but not by much. I can only imagine how embarrassed her higher-ups would be if they observed this kind of behavior from a manager, especially if they knew customers see this happen each time they visit. I feel bad for the associates under her and hope the situation improves in the future. For now, I'll be venturing to the Concord Carter's.
