  My very first experience was before Covid. My experience was awful. I tried to find another dentist but due to the procedure requiring multiple phases no other dentist would accept me. I returned to the office for completion of the procedure. Fast forward a year, while having an exam with another doctor I was informed the worked I'd had done was faulty. I contacted their office ( Downtown Dental) an informed of the new dentist findings and to inquire if the work would be warranted. I was told I would be charged for the doctor to examine is OWN work and according to the assessment other fees may be charged .....I SO REGRET MY INITIAL DECISION . I should not be charged for him to review his own work and pay for his errors. I am sure there will not be an acknowledgement of defective work.
