  My car died in my garage and wouldn't start. Sam came out quickly and helped me push my car out of the garage and position it perfectly for him to load it up on his flat bed truck. He took extra care with my car and I was really impressed with how friendly and careful he was with my vehicle. He dropped the car off at a mechanic shop of my choice. IF I COULD GIVE HIM 6 STARS I WOULD. He really took care of me, and while I hope to not need tow service again, would gladly call him again if I ever needed it!

  Sam has helped me out twice now to tow my Porsche... He takes his time to make sure everything is squared away and safe. Great service!

  My car battery died while I was in Rosslyn, Virginia. We were fortunate to find Cars USA in Google and Sam came to our rescue within 30 minutes. Sam was kind, friendly and efficient and jumped my battery so I could get on the road again.   Best mechanic and shop I can ever hope for, great personality all professional best deals of a car my first car having to be here great salesman great everything whenever I need help I always come back rain,snow and whatever else the man always helps out the end

  I cannot thank Sam at Auto USA enough for his help last week. My insurance company reached out to Auto USA and he responded immediately. I went from stranded on the side of I-66 to him arriving within 20-minutes. Additionally, he went out of his way to get me safely off the freeway to a meeting location for my family. THANK YOU SAM!
