  Wow. I can't believe the other ratings I've seen for these folks. I thought they were great. I purchased a car from a dealer that was about 5 1/2 hours north of my home. These folks called me back immediately and got all of the information quickly and efficiently. Although they said it could take up to 14 days to receive my car, they got it to me in less than a week. They answered all of my questions and were available to talk on the phone whenever I called. The car was delivered on time and in great shape. I loved the dealer I used in Pennsylvania - Integrated Automotive Services - and would definitely use CarsArrive Network again for future purchases.

  Horrible company, never follow up on what they say and even if you have used them several times they still will not pay attention to what you have posted to your account

  Over 3 weeks, still no pickup. Made over a dozen calls trying to get some help. Very little communication from company regarding this fiasco. There was not even an apology offered for this terrible service. I had a pickup with them prior to this, and it took 15 days to deliver. In part because of my daily phone calls to them. Would not recommend. Only gave 1 star since 0 stars cannot be given.

  Terrible. I have waited 25 days for a vehicle and been given multiple ETA's. The trucker had a problem and we were told 5 days. I was given another ETA of 3/31 and got a message today April 2nd the load was just picked up. Had a vehicle before this driven in and not hauled. I had to print all the paperwork for the driver for me to sign. Delays are expected in this business but 25 days is unacceptable.

  Taking advantage of people. 13 cents a mile doesn't even pay for fuel. Don't trust your car getting hauled at these ridiculous prices.
