::The food is very good but like a lot of places in Miami the service is horrible. I hope the owners read this review . The manager needs to be FIRED at this location . You have a great concept and good food but the experience takes away for the food and makes visiting this location horrible . First you need to hire a manager that speaks English. I speak Spanish but the manger at this location is the typical Latin garbage we experience through out Miami . No customer relation skills . Too busy talking in Spanish with other employees about personal stuff and not attending to the customers. Everyone I send there ends up telling me what a horrible experience they had whether an incorrect order because the order person didn't speak english or there food sat there waiting to be served because the employees too busy talking among themselves.

::The service here is pathetically bad. I got food poising since they re-use bowls here without washing them. They are slow, no one speaks any English and the employees frequently give me the wrong order. If the food wasn't really good I would never come here. This place needs a manager to step in and run it before they go out of business.

::Every time I come here the service is impossibly slow and mediocre at best. I saw employees reusing washed bowls instead of fresh ones...Order takes don't know how to fulfill their orders or prepare them incomplete. Carrot Express is a great concept very poorly executed. They need to retrain their staff immediately.

::Food is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. Luis R is a very rude individual and made my experience at the carrot express in midtown an unpleasant one and it wasn’t the first time either.
