  I work for a Nissan franchise and chose carpets and us to help us with our flooring needs! I must say that the customer service at carpets and us is bar none! Their price points were extremely aggressive when it came to both carpets as well as comercial rubber-tile flooring. They were highly detail oriented while completing a large scale job and moved very fast! The install team worked hard all day long to complete the job in a timely manner. Thank you Nancy!

  Great customer service - they patiently spent time helping me choose the right flooring to coordinate with the rest of my decor. The store has an enormous variety of flooring and carpet options - Carol and Nancy's advice was so helpful. Floor installers arrived promptly for appointments and did a great job. Very satisfied with the results!

  Drop the big box /Empire type carpet store(s), and experience this family owned, caring, neighborhood carpet store. Sales staff (William) is friendly and not pushy. Great affordable selection, in nice bright showroom. My wife & I highly recommend. A+++ Tom from 11756

  Absolutely fantastic job. After taking up our old carpet to find the hard wood was not workable Carpets & Us came through quickly and efficiently. Every member of the team we came in contact with including the owner were kind and so helpful. Our stairs and landing look so chic!

  We had such a great experience working with Nancy and Carol. They are so knowledgeable and really enjoy what they do. They worked hard to keep us within our budget while providing us with the most beautiful carpet for our bedroom and runner for our stairs. Their service was impeccable and their prices were very fair. We did our research and you cannot find the same quality of carpet, installation and customer service for a more competitive price. We highly recommend Carpets & Us.
