  Not Reliable...I have gone in 2x and ordered carpeting only to have them never follow up and come out to measure nor order my carpet. I also went in and they even lost my information which shows they are not true professionals here. I believe they only want to sell the few types of carpet they carry on-hand, so if a person comes in wanting a color or style from one of the books they keep on the counter which must be customer ordered, they decide not to follow up , as its much more profitable to them to just keep pushing beiges as something they have right now on hand. Perhaps they got a steal of a price on it but sadly they are hurting their reputation in Their local community as I am well connected and others come to me for recommendations constantly, I have to say I shudder to wonder what would happen if i had placed a deposit down before actual measuring took place, would i have had to chase them down or open a lawsuit to get it back...it makes one wonder when we have to chase them for good service just what type of Con they may be running and if the carpet they do have on hand is safe since its obvious they bought it in some kind of truckload deal. Why?
