  Charles Sari did a great job with my wife while she picked carpet and flooring...patience is what it took. The install was perfect, and Charles followed up with every detail.

  I have worked with Chuck on a rental home and for my own home. He does an excellent job pairing a product need with the budget. The installation of the product went smooth on both jobs, and the installers were clean and courteous the entire time.

  I had a great experience with Jon Shore at this location. Jon went above and beyond to help me in a last minute crunch! I needed some slate tile - only 25’ sq ft - not at all a big order and on top of that I came in to this location about 10 min before closing. Jon shared with me the options he could potentially have ready for me by the following am - did not rush me even though store was closing - and then followed up quickly the next day with amazing pricing and set aside for me to pick up that day. As I said, Jon was outstanding providing customer service for even the very smallest of sales!

  SHAUN KANDALAC with the Denver store is a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly whether a phone call or a text or email. He is patient as we tossed around many ideas for kitchen flooring and carpet throughout the apartment. There was ...not...one question nor concern where he didn’t find an answer. He is professional, knowledgeable, inventive with genuine concern for his customers. Shaun’s attention to detail has been superb as we now have elegant floor coverings. We could not be happier with the results!

  I had a very positive experience shopping at Carpet Exchange. I dealt with John and he was very professional and knowledgeable of his product! He walked me through my many options until I found the right carpet and price-point. The installers were Super!!!! Fast, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job of installing my new carpet. I'm so happy. Thank you Carpet Exchange! If need be I will be back.
