  Terrible experience. Unfortunately I do not know the quality of the clean, but I do know they have terrible customer service because they never made it out to clean my carpet. I scheduled my 2 hour time block and during the day, an hour before my time block, they called and asked if they could reschedule because they were running behind. I just decided to reschedule for a different day and on the day that I rescheduled for, they called me and asked to push back the window until a later time because they were, yet again, running late. I told them I couldn't because I had somewhere to be and they assured me that they understood and would get here in time...just closer to the end of the time block which was 12pm. Around 12:15pm I called them because they had not arrived and they informed me they would be here in about 35 minutes. I allowed them to come that late because I just wanted to get it over with at this point and at almost 2pm they still didn't arrive so I just canceled. I don't understand why I had to go through this twice, adjust my schedule and still didn't get my carpet cleaned!
