  Have been in 3 different times. The sales person made me feel as if I was bothering her. She was difficult to get information out of and seemed to be cutting off my options, that is that if they don't stick what I want then it's not available. I will not be dealing with them ever again.

  Great service, bought from them several times. Were very client oriented, have a space for kids to decorate tiles while you do the shopping. Even delivered the tiles personally to my house once.

  Easy location with ample parking. Very good selection of tile. Customer service was exemplery! My order was processed without any inconvenience. Highly recommend. Ask for Connie! She was a great help, very congenial and easy to work with.
