  Definitely a ZERO for quality and customer service! The female owner is so rude and their quality is so poor, especially for the high prices.

  If I could rate this place a zero i would, unfortunately zero is not an option, bad business ethics, they just randomly ask people for a deposit to clean the clothing, no policy posted, just random, i have spent anywhere from 20-80 dollars on each cleaning bill, always pay in full, so what is the problem, it maybe racial i am unsure but i will report them to the BBB FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!! The first time they asked for a deposit i though it was because they did not know me, i have going there for over 2 years now and just today the man asked for a deposit for a $50.00 cleaning bill....really where is your policy, we need a new cleaning business in this town....

  Bad customer service. I asked the lady to sew a pocket on my shirt and she was extremely rude and nasty to me. Don't do business here. Very bad service.

  Gave him hats to clean.. took him a week. He shrunk and bent all of them 350$ worth!!! He took back 4 out of 8 to "fix".. no sorry not nothing.. came back another week later.. nothing fixed.. no sorry.. i fix i fix come back one week.. i asked for money back 43$ to be exact.. not even asking for money for the hats.. guy is a POS i dont wanna even go back to get the hats.. i know they not fixed.. i know he wont give me back the money and i might end up im jail. DONT GO THERE!! Tell your friends to tell their friends.. this scum does not deserve our business and ruining our hard earned property .. especially if somebody is a collectior and spent alot of time building his collection..

  I used to be a fan of this place. After picking up my cloths I noticed a weird patch on one of my dress shirts. After closer inspection I noticed several patches. It was a new shirt when brought in. They denied the damages and said the shirt was like that which means they knew they tore it, repaired it and hoped I wouldn't notice. Today I picked up my cloths and they said they couldn't clean one shirt because of a rip. They showed me the shirt and it was shredded. When confronted they said it was brought in like that. At this point I am done with this cleaners. A simple apology and offer to replace the shirt would have kept a customer.
