  Appraisal was faster than expected. We got in & out of there in less than an hour with a check in hand. This was the second time I've done business here and both times I thought their offer was very fair. Also, the bathroom was very clean! A tip for the ladies: if the name on your car title differs from your current name - your maiden name is your current name, bring your marriage certificate, it may save some time. The check is issued according to the name on the car title. Keep that in mind if you think your bank may not cash the check with your previous name. Great experience with the helpful & knowledgeable staff.

  Sold my car to car max. The process took about an hour. I know I could have probably slightly more selling to a private party but I've done that in the past and it takes way more time and effort than it should. I was willing to pay the price for convenience.
