  Top notch service !!!!! Blows away the big box CVS type.. I drive 40 minutes out of the way on certain days when I'm not in the area just to come in. Truly awesome service.

  Consider this incident: The store closes at 8PM weeknights. One night my son ran out of his prescription. I realized this at 7:55 and dashed to Carman Drugs. It was past 8PM (around 8:05, I think) when I got there and the lights were out. The pharmacist had left and was in his car with the engine running, about 30 yards away. He saw me at the door, turned off his car and came back to the store. (I didn't even realize he had returned.) He filled the prescription in two minutes and said he'd collect the copay from me the next day, or whenever I next came by. Mind you, I am not a "special" customer by any stretch of the imagination. I have never encountered customer service at this level of excellence. And I don't think any other organization in any field can match it. Five well-deserved stars. I just wish I could award 10 stars.

  Excellent customer service. Managment and staff are extremely nice and professional! I would not go anywhere else.
