  Owner and the head Spanish girl are very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever and barely even look at you let alone say hello. One time I thought I forgot to pick up an order and I did two days prior, honest mistake but the owner says to me "what's the matter? You need to wake up, go to Dunkin' Donuts to get a cup of coffee". I guess he thought he was being funny, until I replied that I'm wide-awake and he needs to go to classes for customer service skills and treat his customers with respect and not be a douche. That shut him up really fast. As far as the dry cleaning itself, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do it right, yet many times my dress shirt buttons were chewed up or destroyed, and those tags you put in the collars were missing. Unbelievable will never go there again.

  Brought in a $200 Italian shirt to get dry cleaned. Came back with a ruined shirt, and owner's suggestion to buy a new shirt. Unbelievable! offered me $20 credit, %10 value of my shirt. The colors leaked onto white, and the shirt I got married in is now trash. Avoid this business at all cost

  The owner himself, an older Asian fellow, is very rude, but his workers, mostly immigrant type Latina women do a pretty good job. That said I'm forced to go there because it's the closest one to my house and literally a block away (his attitude made me boycott for 2 years til I finally gave in). However, if another dry cleaner with decent service opened up within a mile away I would probably go there instead.

  These people are very rude and don't know how to talk to a customer. There service was also pathetic. I won't go to this place again. People can try at there own risk.
