  Dope expirience. Went to go see a bike i saw online and item was exactly as described. No tricks no bs and was almost 1.5k cheaper than anywhere else i found. They have bomb customer service i always do my research so of course i asked a million questions atleast and they answered each one within minutes and i could tell where in no rush to sell the bike to me or force anything on me or to even get me down there they were very straight forward over the phone with no intent on wasting either one of our time. I love that. They worked with me and when i got the vehicle i instintly fell in love with it and have been daily driving it everyday since and still havnt had anything at all go wrong with it. Very honest group of men. Wifey would like a new car now too so i will be going back to them here in the near future and cannot wait to do buisness with them again if your reading this thanks alot guys

  Bought a 2009 Honda Pilot. David and James(Jim) where down to earth guys and great sense of humor. Highly recommend this dealership I will be back. Update: 3/302018 - Due to Title taking 30 days longer to get, I had to pay a penalty for registering my vehicle late. Most states required you to register within 30 days or pay a penalty. Some states charge a fee that goes up each and every single day past 30 days from date of purchase. It was not my fault, I did nothing wrong and was not really Carlton Motors fault either, it was the auction houses fault since it took them a long time to get Carton the Title. While not Carton fault it will no doubt hurt their sales if they dont have titles in-hand because smart buyers will not purchase unless Dealer has the title in hand. Lesson learned, never purchase a vehicle if the seller doesn't have the title. On a positive note David and Jim always replied when I asked on the status of the title and helped as much as they could.

  I can describe Carlton Motors with one word Awesome! but other words that also describe them Honest, Helpful, Fair and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to my family, friends and whoever wants to deal with good people. Thank you Rowdy

  The gentlemen at Carlton Motors were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They guided me through the car buying process and answered all of my questions. I got a really nice, reliable automobile that exceeded my expectations. It was spotless and my mechanic said I got a fantastic deal on a car with absolutely no issues. I'm surprised at the other reviews that I read because I have since referred a friend and a family member to Carlton Motors and they were extremely satisfied.

  I'm actually in the car business and have bought several cars from here. Because my store only carries high end vehicles, I cannot buy from my dealership. So any time I want a cash car, or have a customer looking for one, this is the place I send them. These guys are honest, friendly and have great prices. I will continue to send friends and family to Carlton Motors!
