  I dropped by here this passed Thursday. The drive thru was empty, so I pulled up to the speaker box. The woman who took my order greeted me immediately and asked what I would like. I said “May I please have a biscuit and gravy combo.” The lady asks “Which one?” I’ve worked in fast food so I know it’s hard to hear people ordering, especially next to busy intersections, so I leaned closer and tried to speak a little louder and said “The biscuit and gravy.” The lady then gave me a total of just over $5. She didn’t ask me what kind of drink I wanted, or repeated the order back to me, but the total seemed about right for the combo, so I thought perhaps it came automatically with an orange juice or something. When I pulled up to the window, a woman (she could have been the same woman who took my order but I’m not sure) opened the window and greeted me, and gave me the total for my order (again, still no repeat of what I ordered). I gave her my card, she ran it, and then handed me the card and a bag. I pulled away and checked the bag and I’d been given two orders of a biscuit and gravy, not the meal. I know that I’m partially to blame because I didn’t question the lack of a drink, but I really wish that someone had confirmed with me about what I was ordering before I’d paid. And I’m sure if I had driven back through they would have fixed it for me, I just had one of my cats in the back seat after coming home from the vet, so I wanted to get her home. The biscuit and gravy that I’d gotten tasted fine, and they were very quick about the order, it just wasn’t completly correct.

  Reviewing any fast food joint is such a subjective thing. However, I love food that tastes so good it's makes you believe you'll die from heart complications in 5 years. Thank you Carl's Jr. I can always count on you for that. This location was a good one. Gal in the drive-thru was very sweet and my order was fast, hot, and tasted amazing.

  Food was good but sadly there was some nut case customer trying to pick a fight with everyone at the counter. Getting to be a bit to risky to eat indoors there. This has happened before there. Just sad to see neighborhood deteriorating.

  Very quick, accurate, friendly customer service at the drive up and counter. Staff is exceptionally friendly for South Aurora. Recommend future visits!
