  ****Update 4/16/23. This place just gets worse and worse. Super rude female worker who refuses to give name. Saw her get multiple orders wrong including mine and shoved the items at me. Do better carls jr. **** I am giving this place 3 stars. This used to be my go to Carl's Jr because the staff was very nice and the food was always fresh but yesterday I wanted to give them 1 star. Upon eating my food I found hairs in my food they were small and fuzzy and mixed with dirt like hairs you find on the floor. I had always had good experiences with this location so I quietly told the lady at the counter as to not alert the other guests because things happen and I was trying to be understanding and was met with a very bad attitude and gaslighting blaming me for finding the hairs. I just left after that didn't even finish my food.. Very very disappointed.

  Went at almost 12 noon on the hour & was helped very fast with 1 guest ahead of me. Ordered a Western Cheeseburger with a little modification & still got my order piping hot super quickly! This Cj's has great service! Always! Been going to this location over others for +30 years now! (Super messy Famous for under $1.00 ... Man I Miss those days)

  This place is horrible. I eat at Carl's Jr once to twice a week. My Med combo is usually $12.67, I questioned why a sm combo came out to $13.03. Briann said she didn't know and walked away. When she came back with my food I asked for a ranch to go with my Criss Cut fries. Briann then said "We Charge for that!! I paid the .25 and then proceeded to call the store to question the manager, She said they charge for multiples, I then said I only asked for one. She told me she didn't make the rules...so I informed her that she lost a customer over .25 and asked for the DM's number and that's when she hung up on me...

  Apparently if you deep fry sponges you can call them hand breaded chicken tenders. The employees were nice though and provided fast service 👌. But Mr. Carl Jr., pal, buy some better chicken. You are feeding human beings!

  The cashier was pleasant and the service was fast. The food was fresh and was the quality I expect from Carl's. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean. I will gladly visit this location again!
