  I am so in love with the services Dr. Ferrer has always provided for my child, but the answering service is very rude. I called and requested to transfer me. The woman who was helping me refused to transfer the line to the downtown location, put me on hold with out any warning & when I called back they hung up the phone. Very disappointed with the professionalism and customer service.

  I like all the Doctors & the staff at the west over location,it's great but the downtown location. It's so inconvenient. It's also scary. Too many homeless people hanging around in that area. I can't say too much about they're staff other than it just takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I didn't get her name & now I wish I had, but she was so rude & matter of fact. I've been going for almost 4 years and because of this bad experience, I'm looking for a new pediatrics office to take my kids.
