  The rewards program is a joke! All they want to do is track you and creep into your life for their benefit. Way better off going somewhere else that is not a big usually unfriendly conglomerate. If you are lucky they might "reward" you with a 25 cent upgrade after you spend $1000. Really, come on!

  The staff are always nice and it’s fine to get small work done but if you have important work to do this is not the place to do it. In the summer the patio is very nice.

  Good Caribou Coffee, as always, with friendly staff and a nice overall atmosphere. The only challenge is that it's a smaller Caribou, so it's better as a run in and grab a coffee spot, rather than a "set up to work" kind of spot. I went in winter, so the outdoor patio was closed, but I imagine it's a great spot in the spring and summer!

  Good as always. Though I feel that they didn't do a good job at announcing when drinks were done, as some people's coffee was mixed up. They did play some good Christmas music, and it was cozy inside as usual with Caribou.
