  Person taking my order, it seemed to me, didn't want to be there. The barista making my drink was friendly.

  I am a loyal customer and look forward to having my usual coffee every morning, like anyone else. I have never had any issues and the customer service is usually fantastic! However this morning I came in and ordered my usual and brought it back because it wasn't what I ordered which was fine, but after the third time of not getting the correct drink, I asked for my money back. Lakena helped me but had a very nasty attitude because I was annoyed about having to ask for my money back! Worst experience and hospitality I have ever had at caribou!! You would think that because baristas pretty much go to school to make these beverages they would be correct in the first place!

  My drinks are made wrong more than they are made right. Yet i keep going back...thinking it will be better.. but they still do the same thing. Very disappointing. I feel they don't truely listen.... I even point to a picture and they still can't get it right.

  Caribou is as good as any upscale coffee shop. I enjoyed hanging out and talking with acquaintances as we ran across each other in the St. Paul skyway. It's in a great location for that.
