  There is a lady works there that never smile or greet. It’s so not Caribou coffee customer services. Why she even works there if she hates her job.

  I’ve been going to this Caribou for a while and I think I finally want to stop going to this one. I will walk extra blocks to get to the other one for now on. There was a lady that was on her phone on the job. She never greeted me and said what do you want before I even wanted to check in. She basically was slamming everything and when she gave me my drink. She never gave me the straw and said have a nice day. This was yesterday night. I tried to call about it this morning and no one even answer. I never thought that this would be something I would’ve dealt with since the location was something I kept in mind. But I’m pretty much going to now tell my friends I rather go to the one on Nicollet before coming here.

  I always enjoy Caribou. It's tucked away in a grocery store which is fine. Limited choices on coffee. Still nice place and friendly

  We bought pastries and asked for water and we were told that they didn't offer water and we had to buy the water bottles for $2.50... like honestly, why would I waste $2.50 here when I can get for free water from another store... by far, worst caribou coffee place ever. I go here pretty often and have asked for water before and was givened it with my purchase, this one encounter has caused me to never go to this caribou ever again. The barista was rude about it too. Some of the baristas are friendly but some of them are just plain rude.
