  Pam is a gem, the store is lucky to have her. She greeted us, gave us a history on the brand, informed us of specials and rewards. Even remembered our names to say bye as we were leaving. Store associates were extremely helpful and worked together well. Although they hovered a lot because it was slow and there were less customers. But they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! Prices are awesome, better than expected. Thanks Pam!

  The employees are friendly, laid back, and very helpful! The store has a comfortable atmosphere and I easily found what I was looking for. Worth the price for the quality!

  So glad I found this place, pretty much bought all of my winter clothes I needed for the year at this location. I came to Detroit during the summer not knowing I was going to be in the area through the winter so I was very glad to find this store. Prices were right in line with what you would expect from the Carhartt brand.

  After reading other reviews about limited sizes, i thought I'd call to verify they had what I was looking for, was assured it was there. After 20 minutes trying to be helped at store (employees were too busy talking or playing on phones), got told that it wasn't in stock and since I was looking for specific color and size, if be better off ordering from Amazon. Carhartt makes great stuff, but I'll be dammed if i go to that store again.

  A must visit to the Carhart Retail Store in the Midtown Detroit . Great to see the store busy with customers. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Quality products. I purchased gifts for the holiday, and could not resist to pick up one of the softest T shirt for myself! Bonus, free secured parking. You wont be disappointed.
