  For dental work, apparently they cover everything except a deep cleaning, which is required at every dentist I have found BEFORE doing any dental work. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place, as I need work done that is covered by this insurance, but have no means to get past the deep cleaning. Terrible.

  I have never once received consistent information from CareSource. They are a terrible company, with wildly undertrained staff. Even inquiries as simple as bill payment or policy renewal have led me to entire afternoons calling various numbers and being transferred dozens of times.

  This is the most unorganized company ever!!! They have no idea what they are doing, they blame the Market Place for things that they are responsible for. I have never spoken to so many clueless people in one company EVER! This goes all the way to management. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DO NOT CALL YOU DO NOT NEED THE AGGRAVATION!!

  I'm going to put 5 stars bc I tried to think of a single time that I've ever had an actual issue with Caresource, & I really can't think of one. And I've used them now for 4 or maybe even closer to 5 years now. I am really surprised to read all that negative reviews, bc like I said they have always been very helpful. I've had the option to switch to another company, but have just chose not to fix what wasn't broken. Any time that I've had to actually call, they have always been very nice & get those care of my issue or question with ease. I've also had a positive experience with thier website & finding a provider if that's what I need. I live in Columbus, OH and haven't had any issues with finding a great doctor for me or my family. Hopefully, they will fix these issues that everyone else has had to deal with. I guess I've just been lucky thus far.
