  They are great and take great care of their Residents. Definitly gibe this place a go.

  If I could put lower than 1 star I would. The "care", and I use that term lightly was appalling. After a broken hip landed her there for physical therapy, she lasted there just under 3 weeks. Despite the fact that we repeatedly told the doctor and nurses that there was something wrong with her (some type of infection, we were thinking urinary tract or bladder infection), they continued to treat her as though she had dementia - WHICH SHE DID NOT! She was transported back to the hospital where they found such a massive bedsore on her that they had to cut out the size of a football out of her lower back. They obviously were not moving her, turning her, or bathing her or they should have seen it. The infection was so bad she ended up unable to move, speak, or communicate at all for the next 2 months. She ended up dieing from the infection, and there is no one to blame except CareOne. If you have a loved one here, be very cautious!! I would hate to see someone else lose their mother the way I did. Watching her suffer so badly, and so needlessly still haunts me and brings me to tears daily!!

  Very Bad! One of my friends was in CareOne in Paramus, NJ. They did not provide adequate health services to her. Every time she pressed the nurse button no one showed for over 20 mins or so. Also they wouldn't help her with the bathroom or anything else. They would not provide her with items she needed like sanitary pads. What health service does not have that. Moreover, when her family came to see her during visiting hours they said she is not here. I mean her husband and kid came to see her!! Im very disappointed with CareOne. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  My mother was here for rehab after coming of a ventilator. The staff took excellent care of my mother and even though I could not visit my mom all the time I slept well knowing they took care of her like she was their mom. The place is clean and the staff friendly . If you Can have your parents here do it . I'm a physician myself and I recommend this place highly .

  Great senior care, especially the rehabilitation services! Awesome physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
