  This place is so understaffed it's a joke!!! 2 days in a row we had to complain to get an aide to help clean my father. I get it that it's not an easy job to handle but to wait over 40 minutes is uncalled for. What would happen if it were true emergency. Would it have taken longer if we were not there to complain.

  Don't be fooled by this beautiful facility, the service sucks! I understand caring for patients can be difficult, but that is no excuse to let the patients nearly die. This facility is severely understaffed with nurses/aides. Staff is difficult to find when you step out in the hall. To say the least, a patient was rushed to the hospital due to the lack of care he was receiving here. They also have a very strict Kosher only diet for EVERYONE within the facility. If they're going to force religious dietary laws on everyone, then they shouldn't allow non-Jewish patients to be treated here.

  I am from out of town and was visiting my relative at Care One at Teaneck. The words that describe this most beautiful place is caring and quality! It is a very busy place that cares with heart for their patients, -- it feels like a big family. The staff is very friendly and impressive. they give care to individuals with specific things in mind. this is not just like any place. I recommend highly !

  I have seen many places since my mom has been sick several times, and I can't say enough about this one. The staff is amazing and very friendly, they were always helpful from the second we walked in the door and toured. Therapy and nursing was great, I saw my mom walking with in a couple of days of being here which she hadn't done at holy name hospital. Most of all the aides were very attentive, they always made sure mom was taken care of. I take my mom back to visit at least once a month and it makes her smile to see the people that got her back on track. I would recommend it.

  Care One is a fabulous facility!! The care that they are giving my dad is everything we could have hoped for and more.My dad is improving faster and better than expected. The staff at Care One is talented, cares about their patients and work together in a team effort to provide the best care for their patients. The Physical Rehab department is the gold standard for getting their patients to build up their physical strength. The nursing team are attentive to all details of my dad’s medical needs. The food is delicious and the facility is clean and maintained like a hotel setting. I strongly recommend Care One.
