::I keep reading about all the awful phone call experiences from the reviews of this office but I made 2 separate appointments on different days for my husband and I and was given openings for appts a week away and the receptionist couldn't have been more friendly or cooperative! They have a difficult job to do as it is with so many patients and doctors, maybe a little patience and respect would help your calls and visits be easier. Everybody gets stressed with drs, insurance, etc. but killing the messenger won't help any of us accomplish anything, it just increases the anger and tension. Hope this helps everybody and gets the point across of treating others the way you would like to be treated. My experience with the staff has been friendly, helpful and courteous so I'm a little taken aback at all the bad comments. That's all.

::The actual doctors, nurses and staff are excellent and do the best they can. They deserve a better employer and less interference from the bean-counters and office bureaucrats. Gone are the Mid-Hudson Medical Group days when it felt like a part of the community. Unfortunately, the organization it morphed into leaves much to be desired. CareMount is thoroughly in the business of making money and provides healthcare only as a side venture. The push to maximize profits, overwhelm the staff with patient throughput, cut costs to absurdity and micromanage by non-clinicians puts the patient firmly behind the almighty dollar signs. Hayworth runs a cold machine. It is why healthcare in this country is a disaster. Months to get ASAP followup appointments, lack of follow-though on orders/lab results without persistent badgering, recurring and continually changing billing/insurance nightmares. It is truely McHealthcare; a fast-food style chain at it's most inhuman, mediocre, and infuriating. If they could replace all the staff with robots they would.

::The level of care lacks quality and professionalism. Nurse was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Not a good experience. Go elsewhere, where you,as the patient will be treated with quality care.
