::Four stars = "liked it", not that you ever really like being at the doctor. CareMount (formally Mt Kisco Medical) is generally a good organization for medical care. Urgent Care fairly effecient. Good staff.

::why can't CareMount have different telephone numbers for different departments. (probably not cost effective--so what)...It is a nightmare getting through the main # and yesterday it took me a half hour to get an appt. Now today all the lines are down. Patients want to talk to at least a clinical staff member and that is a nightmare. Please consider patients when evaluating your phone system as most patients do not have the time to wait on hold indefinitely....thank you
