  Very, very unprofessional!! Whenever the health aide is absent they tell the patient that they are working on it, helping them obtain a replacement and this is not true. They make the patient's wait all day, knowing that they don't even have a replacement. When you call they transfer your call to a ringing line that never picks up, instead of telling you that the person is on the other line and may never pick up the other line. Definitely a place that needs to be looked into by the state, because I am sure when they bill the insurance companies they are billing for days that no one ever showed up to a patient's house!!! IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT A LOVED ONE, DON'T OBTAIN SERVICES FROM HERE!!! READ THE REVIEWS, FROM ALL THEIR LOCATIONS AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF! !! A "ZERO RATING" IS A BETTER RATING FOR THEM!!!

  This place started of ok ,they're not organize my dad's aide went on vacation I was never told ,they sent one for 2 days and that's it,and because I called other wise I don't know if they would off sent one the aide was 2 weeks on vacation and no communication with me at all I had to take care of my dad the second week when I called they hunged up the phone 3 times when I called to ask if the aide will be returning on Monday,! and the coordinators need to get it together be on top of who's who and what's what ! this is about the PATIENT they depend on this service any change will upset their daily living ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  douglas has money to buy brand new 2013 car but are very cheap and dont like give extra gloves or envelopes for time sheet, and the worst thing is employees that work for far more years are given less hours then new employees who are known in the office.
