  What an incredible nightmare. I can not believe a place like this to be so unknowledgeable , unprofessional and just plain disrespectful to patients. The staff are, rude and obnoxious. I can not understand how they can be in a medical setting. The doctor did not even want to listen to what I had to say about the problem I came there for. 2 other specialists who have seen me told me I needed to see a vein doctor because my foot was turning red when on ground. I was told when the blood went down to my foot the veins were not bringing blood back up like they are supposed to do. Doctor was so arrogant, shaking his head and just about laughing at me. Can you believe a medical doctor can act like that!? Doctors practically laughing when a patient had a real problem. What kind of doctor and place is this? Please, if you must come for vein or cardio care. do not make the same mistake I did. Starting from staff to doctor this place is a joke. I went somewhere else where I was diagnosed with venous insuffiency(the vein valves are leaky) This place did not even CARE TO HELP ME! And they take care of this problem. The doctor laughed and told me to go away, when I should have been treated. This place is a joke.

  Really nice office and staff. Everyone is very helpful. The doctor is really attentive and down to earth. Highly Recommended.

  My family and I have been so happy here for many years. My grandma was Dr Sahgal first patient here in Sayreville.

  Dr. Sahgal has been my PCP for almost 20 years. He is an excellent doctor and very compassionate and caring. His staff and his office manager are a pleasure and always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Sahgal to anyone looking for a PCP or a Cardiologist!

  Beautiful office, the doctor is awesome. He truly cares for his patients. The staff is great. I would highly recommend this office!!
