  I would not even give this company a 1 if I didn't have to. Absolutely unbelievable prices took them 5 sec to pull my vehicle out of a little mid and charged me 300 even after popping one of my tires.

  This by far is the worst towing company to work for or even ask for assistance I used to work for them. If you made one small mistake or broke anything he took the money out and if you didn't break anything else after that you continue to take money out of your paycheck just to feed his pocket the greedy little bastard that works for them don't trust these people they will steal from you go to a better most simple company.   Great experience. Transaction was smooth and quick for the weather and time of year. Plus they didn’t try to charge us 500 like the companies we had called.

  Over 4 hours to get a tow truck... Ridiculous. First, 1 1/2 which I was fine with... Then another 30 minutes, which I was a bit upset, but was able to work it out. Then, after 30 minutes turned into 1 hour. Followed by another hour. Dispatch didn’t even care. They must only have one tow truck......

  My experience with cardinal was amazing. The process was smooth and easy compared to the others i have used. Plus the driver was very knowledgeable knew what he was doing plus came 20 minutes earlier than expected, will definitely be using them again
