  My hubby and I met Reza 30 years ago. Bought a couple of beauties from him on a trip up from Oregon. Happy to see that he's still in business. It's a testament to his overall good character. Hello Reza!! Hope to get up there again one of these days.

  Caravan Carpets has a nice selection and he allows you to take a rug that you're considering home before you buy it! Definitely worth checking out.

  Call it harsh, but it's super sad when you've scored the ~Word of WTF? Trifecta~ by providing: 1. Awkward and uncomfortable stretches of silence and heavy mouth breathing via phone and face-to-face [Customer Service] 2. Sauna-like conditions in a space the size of a mouse hole [Location & Environment] 3. Nearly breaking the dial on the Snob Meter despite lacking basic qualifications and rights to licensed and approved snobbery [Experience] In short, there are other local and less sufferable merchants in the industry worth checking out...first.
