  I've know Luis since 2014. I've purchased 2 good cars from him. I wouldve told someone talking bad about him they were a liar until, now. I purchased a car 2700$, drove from Alabama to pick up the car to hear an excuse (title)on why he didn't have the car, I told him,I was on way up to pick up the car, never warned me about anything just said " Ok Baby". He promised to ship the car to me. Its been almost two weeks and still no car. Now, he said the car was in routine but transportation, broke an oil pan and had to be fixed. Ive asked for my money several times. My family has spoke to him he still promises we will have the car, everything is tomorrow, tomorrow. I'm not,just hurt because I trusted him,now I'm really pissed off because I've never done,anything to Luis but be a paying customer. Still today he promises the car will be sent to alabama and still nothing. Now, I have to make a way to Ky again, pay for court time, more time from work, prove my case to get my money back. Im just smh at the level of disrespect, greed, and dishonesting in one man. Sadden, I spoke highly of him and recommended to friends. I retract my recommendation. I pray he goes,out of business and spares us all from time wasted. One life, makes no sense; how,people waste it..just disappointed.

  If there was a way to not even put a star or a negative start I would.. Warning. This place is a SCAM!! Horrible!!! This place is a total scam and the owner Luis is a total crook. I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down and Luis hasn't been arrested. He never fixed my car!!! He lied about everything. He stole my money. Not to mention he stripped my car and sold my parts. . Avoid this guy at all cost !!!! I would get a street mechanic before I send anyone his way. !!!!!!!

  WORST SERVICE EVER! took my Mercedes there because Luis said he could fix it "better and faster" than the Mercedes Dealership, worst idea ever. Luis kept giveing me the run around about my vechile saying it'll done "next week" took 3 months for him to actually work on it, over charges on everything and Luis ended up taking my vehicle to Mercedes Dealership at the end.

  I own a 1998 dodge durango, we'll I had the transmission go out so I took it to car technology and they did a really good job with putting a new transmission. I'm very happy with the kind workers. Also they have done it in a timely fashion.
