::I came for a detailing service and the vehicle looks great. I asked for the wax and interior detail. The car looked great when complete. Great deal for $70. I feel like I have a new car.

::Absolutely had the worst experience. I dropped off my brand new x5 for a full service wash. After driving it home, I noticed my tail light and the top of the bumper had scratches on it. I was told to come in and was then instructed to point out which pieces of equipment could have caused it. Then I was told if I couldnât point it out, they were not responsible for it. Unless you hold a masters degree in car washing equipment, avoid this place like the plagueâ*********************************************Reply to the nonsense response below: There was no damage to the car prior to the wash, Just like I was made to point out equipment parts that caused the damage, I asked the MOD to point out what else could have caused the damage so high up on the car and in an unusual spot. He couldnât come up with anything. Weird. Figured he would be an expert by now after all the reviews of vehicle damage below

::Absolutely dumpster juice. Spots all over my car. Front back bumper on all the cars I saw was dirty. Maybe it was cold. Leather was half cleaned. Rims dirty. Windows half cleaned. Just a bad experience when I just paid for a $60 membership
