  Starting to deteriorate very quickly lately. Will be very hesitant to go back. The advantage is that it is in Irvine.

  Crooks! Purchased 2 prepaid detail jobs @ $160 each from previous ownership. Had to argue with manager to redeem first detail. Went to use second one and manager refused to honor it. When ask to speak with owner, she stated that owner was in China. Stated that they would only honor 3 months of prepaid services from previous owner - that’s a lie! I used first detail 6 months after new owners took over! Do your self a favor and take you car to an honorable car wash.

  Carwash was good but when I went to pay looked like the owner was eating breakfast at the register while taking my money without washing his hands. Hope he doesn't get sick.

  Their “professional” waxing service left swirls all over my car. Now I get to pay an actual professional to remove them. Manager didn’t care at all. Made no effort to make it right. Avoid, if you like your paint at all.
