  I don't know why anyone would lie for these people, but let's put it plain and simple. My car wouldn't pass emissions and they said it was the 02 sensor. I went and bought it from the auto supply and paid for it and they took my car hostage for 450.00. I had to pay them to get it back, and it still didn't pass. So friendly...why not when you are stealing from the poor!

  Greatest shop ever went to. The guy fixed my car super fast when 3 other shops said I needed a new motor they fixed it I will always take my car back

  They said my check engine light didn't work, so it didn't pass inspection, so I had to pay them anyway, figured out my light was working properly a couple days later. They were sitting inside when I went for the inspection, it looked like they didn't want to get off there ass to go do a simple inspection, so they tried to screw me over by failing it. If I didn't figure out how to check if my emission light was working properly they would of got me for my money. These people are taking advantage of those who don't know much about cars.

  VERY friendly, honest staff. They have always been reasonable with price, knowledgeable of work needing done and completely honest with interaction. They won't do work unless it's necessary and as many times as they have worked on my car, they have always done so because it is needed. I love that they are NOT money hungry or shady in their dealings. I had an experience where I went to a shop close (I won't name any names) to where I work to replace a fan. They damaged my radiator and when I went to Car Guys as a second opinion, they were honest with me in the fact that the other shop had damaged my radiator and it was not something that happened naturally. Car Guys could have just told me anything to get money out of me but I was impressed with their honesty and the fact that they were so helpful with little regards to charging me for the second opinion. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson on going anywhere else------I will ONLY go to Car Guys moving forward and HIGHLY recommend all that they have to offer!!!!!!
