  Purchased a Pioneer AVH model, price was lower than a major popular online vendor. They were quite polite and professional. The shop is immaculate and the work they did was extremely clean.

  Danny and Frank are the only guys I will let touch my cars. When they're finished, you can't even tell there are aftermarket parts installed. The wiring is all loomed and neat and looks factory. Over the years they've installed navigation head units, back up cameras, tv screens for the kids, remote starters I can start via smartphone and a custom dash radar detector and laser diffuser that has saved my butt many times! When my factor sub failed in my truck, they gave me a used one they had on the shelf for free. They also rewired the factory headrest TV's in my wife truck. They used to play through a radio station but were always staticky. Frank hard wired it so no more static! Kids love it. Also made it so we can play video out of the factory navi screen. They're the best! They're always doing some crazy stuff on a Ferrari when I go down there so I know they are super careful and neat.

  They are tops! When I had my own business before the days of the Cell Phone they outfitted my and my employee’s cars with CB radios and extended range antennas that greatly improved our productivity. Since my wife and I retired our cars have low millage and are in very good condition but lack the safety extras on the new cars. It doesn’t pay to trade them just for those features. Recently we had some close near misses lane changing and backing up. I had Cap install blind spot raring and back up cameras in both cars that have prevented possible accidents. Last week my back up camera was having night vision problems and Dannie replaced it with one that was even better at night. The difference was that the original was in color day and night and the replacement black and white at night but much sharper. To top it off their prices are competitive and equipment the best available.

  I went into the store on whim. I just bought a classic car with an outdated system. I wanted Bluetooth, satellite and hands free. In reality, I only wanted the specialized service garage to touch my car. I was just going in to learn about what is out there. Very soon after talking to Danny and Frank it was clear that these guys were special. I gave them the job as they were 1/2 the price of the other guy. I am just BLOWN away at the quality of their work and the equipment. No car is too special for these guys....they are artists.

  Awful experience. This shop has such a high opinion of itself that I was actually refused service after asking a question. Upon sale I was not given a receipt and asked if the item is returnable, to which, the salesperson said "I have been helping people for 35 years and have never heard that" and told me to leave. Highly distasteful and the technician in the back kept glancing over towards the conversation. This is audio equipment, for crying out loud. I asked to speak with this clerk's manager and his response was that he is the manager. With anger in his voice, he kept telling me that I do not know how to splice cables and that his "engineers" should do the job. This place should find a new manager or go out of business. He was on the phone with a complaining customer while I waited for several minutes to subsequently be refused service.
