  Poor customer service. Another gentleman and I waited over half an hour for our sandwiches while new customers that walked in got their sandwiches made first while this other gentleman and I had to continue to wait. And to top it off, the sandwich was made wrong and had to be remade twice. Teach your staff better....or the business will continue to walk out the door.

  Ordered for pickup get there order not even being made pitiful not my fault that's why I called ahead greavous display instead went to Chipotle thx cappriottis sorrrry!

  Poor quality sandwich, they don't make it how you order it. They don't have room for many to eat in, not do they have staff to sweep floors. I won't go back. Subway cheaper and better.

  I called to order my meal in advance. A young lady answered and asked if I could hold for a few minutes. Of course I understood however I was not okay with the 15 minute wait. I tried calling again and again. I have been calling non stop for the past hour and my calls are being ignored. Great sandwiches but horrible service.

  Great food, great service, space itself is a little small. My husband and I typically call our order in ahead of our arrival, and it's always been ready for us to pick up when we get there.
