  TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.....Ordered the "Deck The Halls Tree" to send to my mom who has been hospitalized for more than a month so that she could have the spirit of Christmas. What arrived was a spray of greens, in a big circle with red carnations, absolutely NOTHING like what was pictured. The basket is dyed red and leaking red all over the table of her hospital room. When I contact them at the florist, to discuss my displeasure, the florist announces to the the rest of the Flower Shop "this is the last time that I make this arrangement" as she begins to chastise ME, the purchaser that it looks just like it. Apparently, your rule with substitution is change ALL OF IT and don't make it look anything like the original picture. Stay away - BUYER BEWARE.
