  Capitol Yards is a great place to live. Really friendly staff, nice apartments, coffee machine in office, awesome gym, safe environment. The only downside about Capitol yards is the parking. My girlfriend and I each have a vehicle, and most apartments only come with one assigned parking spot. Purchasing a second parking spot is a bit expensive. All in all, we’re very glad we decided to live at Capitol Yards!

  I love living here! The staff is very friendly and helpful from the maintenance employees to the office employees. The complex is clean and the location is the best in Sacramento.

  My daughter lived at Capitol Yards for 1 1/2 years. At move out we cleaned and left the place just like when we viewed it before move in. Capitol Yards kept almost all of our security deposit and charged $75.00 for a burned out light bulb in the bathroom. There is no where for your guests to park and if you don't have a garage included in your apartment you will need to pay approx $175 - 200 for a parking spot. All in all a RIP OFF apartment complex and I would not recommend living here. Renter beware!

  Honestly, this place, for the money you pay, is terrible. The construction is terrible. Walls are paper thin. Their 24 hour security is a freakin joke. Some guy drives his fake police car through the property like once an hour. Also, the people who use the pool don't even live here. They're getting hammered drunk, and leave the place a total mess. Homeless people are wandering through the property constantly, digging through trash cans, and walking into open garages. I will be leaving once my lease is up. Only gave it two stars because they do have some decent amenities.

  My husband and I have enjoyed living here for two years now. Thee amenities are great and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Leah and Samantha have been great with responding to any concerns we've had. I always recommend Cap Yards to people moving to the area.
