  No way to pickup a scooter, only available for delivery with three days notice. I'm not buying a scooter before I try it, no way I'm paying for delivery.

  Do NOT book a scooter from this place! It is a scam. They billed my son's credit card $110.00 one month ago for a scooter for his visit to DC this weekend, but when he went to the address today to get the scooter, it was a construction site and he was told the company moved months ago. He tried to call the number but got an answering machine and was not able to talk to anyone. Basically he got scammed out of $110.00. We are reporting this to the credit card company as FRAUD!!! So angry! Please do not fall for this scam!!!

  It's not even a real business. It's just in a parking lot. No attendant. And the number to call=no one to answer it's just an automated machine. Complete waste of a walk to it. Just wasted my dc experience.

  We made a reservation on October 20th in Capital Scooter, belivieng this would be a comercial place that rent scooters. The responsable, Sam, (the only way to contact was by phone), asked us a valid credit card. We gave to him because we trusted in a site of rental in USA. As soon as we hang up, he made a total debit of 1 entire day of rental. In the next day (day of rental) my husband had a problem and we were one hour late, but who would be losting time were us, not him, because we paid for one whole day. When we found the place, there was NOT a Comercial rental place, but a Parking Lot of someone else, and this man, Sam, just had left the key of an old Scooter and NO rental contract , on the hands of the parking lot guard. I'm not crazy to get a Scooter of someone without signing any document and have no insurance. And when I saw the place, the scooter and the way the things were going on, I declined of the rental and said it to Sam by phone and asked him to return my money. Although everything in his site was not real I gave up and agreed to pay for cancelling last minute reservation's fee $35 (requirements of their site). But until now I only had the debit of $110,00 in my credit card.

  Sorry those rates are to high for all rlectric and gas bikes and scooters the standadrd per day is 95$ not including tax and etc and if ira a week 50 a day but a week is 350$ noy including price and taxes....2 much money srry
