  This area is really up and coming, the lofts at capital park 1145 Griswold, and the first national bank building at 1212 Griswold are really cool. (I want to buy one) the restaurants on Griswold are really great. Its a block from the best coneys in the world. The Hard Rock cafe is 2 blocks away. Always a lot of people walking around, security is always present. I feel totally safe.
