  This was super efficient...great experience. In and out in about 7 minutes, including Vehicle Registration and Live Scan. I was at work on my lunch break, and Capital Services completed my Vehicle Registration within 5 min instead of the time given my DMV was 3 hours waiting in line. I also sent my sister to get Live Scan there.

  I was Really Impressed With Customer service . I went there for vehicle registration, I get my car sticker within 2 mints and also I got notary and other services there .5 of 5 star

  I found this place online, because it was close to my home. Please Do NOT go to this place for fingerprints, I went there to get fingerprints done. I asked the clerk how much the cost was for fingerprints and he said he needed to input my information first to see what the cost was. This didn't sound right to me so I left. All fingerprint places that are legit have posted prices for fingerprints. I tried to support local business and this is what you get.

  Please convey our thanks to "Capital Services" who helped my mother when she visited your office for my Vehicle registration & her notary public services . My mother is elderly and has difficulty hearing. You guys was courteous and helpful to her in this kind of situation. If everyone could be as pleasant and helpful, our world would be much happier.
