Good luck locating that. Me: yeah you have like 42 Logins, i'm super confused where that message is. Crapital One: our website is awesome. Customers love 42 logins. Me:Ok, I finally found it. I think i fixed it can you transfer it now? Capital ONe: No now we have a Cash problem. ME:I have plenty of CASH in several different accounts. PICK ONE Capital one: That cash is in the WRONG account. Me: Can you move the cash for me please? Crapital one:NOPE Me: Do I have ANY choices? Crapital One: No, we just like to delay this as long as possible. Me: That's Super ANNOYING Here is the paper work (for the 3rd time) can i haz my money? Caprial one: Fax Broken didn't get it. Me: Hey you know chase did this in 5 business days, Why does it take you 5 months and 5 times the work / effort / paperwork? Crapital One : If the customer can't leave we don't lose money.

::The Bank Manager is so rude. His name is CARLOS RODRIGUEZ I have been banking in this bank for years with my Business. They have had other mangers that were so helpful. The new Manager Carlos Rodriguez needs to go to training on customer service and how to keep business not make people want to close there accounts in his branch. the biggest problem is that there is no one to even report him to so he continues to be rude and he doesn't even know how to manage a bank its an big EGO boost for him.. DO NOT BRING YOUR BANKING TO THIS BRANCH I don't even want to give them one star if I could it would be ZERO Stars

::I was coming to this branch for years and never had a problem with anybody. But today I walked in to the bank and kindly ask for the statement. The guy whose name was Carlos Rodriguez refused to provide me with the statements unless I pay him $5.00. When I brought to his attention that they already charge me $15.00 service fee every month he replied that it was my fault that I don’t maintain a minimum balance. When I asked him to call me a manager he claimed he is a “manager”. Honestly it wasn’t about $5.00. But I feel it is unfair to be treated that way after being a loyal customer for so many years. So than I asked him for his business card with the name on it that I can call the Customer Service and let them know that the “manager” needs to improve his customer skills and don’t disrespect the customers the way how he did me. He ended up giving me one of his colleague’s business card before I found out it wasn’t his. Really??? “smart”. No. Smart, when is your customers happy and don’t feel disrespected. BAD experience. Very disappointed.
