::Good experience most times. I went to the branch at 700 St Nicholas ave the other day to deposit cash and found out that they no longer have tellers just the atm and had to find another location.

::Way better than the one on 125th.. the staff are very pleasant and engaging making sure your being attended and they also speak Spanish. I sat around the 125th street and 8th avenue branch for over a hour before someone even asked me if needed any help.. and even then they took another 45 min to come back after asking.. could have been longer but I only waited 45 min before I decided to no longer wait. Just for a replacement debit card.

::It was almost closing time, when I went in thinking I needed to open an account in order to deposit a check that I couldn't do with CapitalOne 360 app. I left in less than 15 mins, issue resolved, and no unnecessary accounts opened that day. The young woman who served me was cordial and down to earth. Being so close to closing time, I didn't feel rushed, like I was inconveniencing anyone. I will enjoy doing more business at this location!
