  When TD bank updated their application, they blocked my account, I called them several times and while i was holding i came to this branch of capital one, opened a new account, deposited the money, left, got home and my ex-bank was still not able to solve that issue ! That motivated me more to bank with capital one, Then opened another joint account where we received an extraordinary assistance from Jessica .. and the whole team is kind and clearly working for the satisfaction of the customers.. Si vous voulez choisir quel bank, Allez-y Capital One et surtout ce branch !

  Esta oficina de Capital One Bank es muy agradable, comida, limpia y organizada. La atención es excelente y el tiempo de espera es corto. El personal es muy respetuoso y profesional en la prestación de sus servicios.

  I love coming to the bank because the girls always saying hello every time I go to redraw some money. My favorite one is Jessica because she waves at me.

  Local Capital One bank. Has very friendly employees and usually doesn't have a long line.

  First time in the branch and it was not a good experience. The teller who helped me made me feel like I was a bother to her. Did not get a thank you when handed my receipt, twice. My cashiers check had misspellings and by the time I went back I just wanted to take my business elsewhere. Don't be so transparent with how you feel when you have to do something for the second time. I won't be coming back and I'll be closing my account as well.
