  ATM is broken a lot where other ATM in Capital One Banks are not, either fix it or modernize, if you want to retain customers!

  They used to give me free bank checks, now no more. I am going to bethpage fcu where the checks are free.

  The worst customer service in the world. Poor knowledge of products. Management not helpful at all. And never sign up for a 360 checking account.

  Horrible, terrible customer service. The teller so loud and extremely disrespectful, don't go here the manager was not even there. The tellers are the ones running this branch! Unbelievable
