  Excellent Customer Service skills, you can tell that they wanted to help even when being very busy. Coffee machine is awesome, a lot of choices.

  Staff and management are very friendly and professional. The bank's design is terrible. The parking lot is too small. There is only one drive up teller lane. It is never staffed. When you pull up, you have to wait for one of the tellers to come over and take care of your transaction. To make matters worse, the only ATM the branch has is in front of the drive up teller lane, meaning there is one lane for both the drive up teller and the ATM.

  Too packed, tellers are fine, but never enough bankers. Usually it's only one banker available
